鄰里公園景觀美質預測模式之研究

摘要

鄰里公園在市民日常生活中扮演重要的角色。許多研究顯示公園景觀是影響使用者對公園整體滿意度的主要因素之一。本研究運用心理物理模式對鄰里公園景觀進行評估，並藉此尋求景觀美質之預測模式。研究結果之迴歸預測方程式對視覺品質之解釋對力達63%，而景觀美質的預測方程式則以公園外側其他元素所佔面積對喬木佔有面積之比例、喬木面積、公園錄意率、公園錄地率四項，爲預測鄰里公園景觀美質之最佳指標。

Thu neighborhood parks play important roles in citizens' daily life. Many researches found feat the visual quality is use of the must important factors affecting park users' satisfaction with the parks. This study estimates the scenic beauty of neighborhood parks and calibrates a psychophysical model to evaluate scenic beauty. The final regression model explains 63% of the variance in visual quality. The proportions of area of tings outside the parks to the area of park trees, the arcs of park trees, the green area ratio of the park, and the green area ratio of Ste ground level are the top four factors for evaluating scenic beauty of neighborhood parks.
