公共圖書館之數位參考諮詢服務

網際網絡的盛行，使得數位參考諮詢服務在圖書館參考諮詢服務的地位愈形重要。數位參考諮詢服務的形式從非同步的E-mail或網頁表單提問，發展到以即時對談與合作瀏覽為主的即時數位參考諮詢服務，並加入資源共享、館際合作的概念成為聯合數位參考諮詢服務。本文說明即時數位參考諮詢服務、聯合數位參考諮詢服務的發展現況，並介紹四個在公共圖書館推動數位參考諮詢服務的實例，最後提出對公共圖書館實施數位參考諮詢服務的建議。

With the popularity of Internet, digital reference services become increasingly important in libraries. The mechanisms of digital reference services range from asynchronous E-mails and Web forms to synchronous live virtual references by means of real-time chatting and co-browsing. Furthermore, by incorporating the concept of resource sharing and inter-library cooperation, cooperative digital reference services emerge. This article describes the status quo of live virtual reference services and cooperative digital reference services, and introduces four examples of digital reference services conducted in public libraries. Suggestions for public libraries to implement digital reference services are also given.
