創造力教育的創新模式~以中山大學創業管理課程為例

A new Model for Creativity Education~A Case Study of National Sun Yat-sen University

摘要


過去,台灣靠著低成本的勞動力與中小企業的韌性,在全球製造業中建立了國際間所肯定的產業實力,但隨著全球化腳步與國內傳統產業外移的影響,使得其產業結構不得不從過去講求製式與效率的製造業蛻變成『知識型產業』,而此類產業所講求的是創新能力與加值服務,重視創新研發與智慧資產的累積。慶幸的是,隨著電信、媒體與資訊等相關產業的發展,使得國內年輕的下一代普遍擁有資訊應用的基礎能力。然而,如何進一步使其能在既有的基礎上發揮創造力與培養實踐創新的能力,便是當今教育的重點。 有鑑於此,中山大學管院學院於九十學年度結合了各系所的資源開辦了「中山大學管理學院創業管理學程」,在累積了豐富的經驗後,筆者在九十二學年度以『目標導向、行動學習』為核心理念設計了數門創業管理教育課程,課程更結合了外部的創業競賽提供學生實踐的舞台。而研習創管教育的學生團隊分別參加相關創業提案競賽並獲得了不錯的成績。本文將以個案研究為主軸來闡述創業管理課程設計理念及其執行方法,並進一步透過目前已執行之個案說明此一模組課程的初步成果,藉由對本課程的回顧與檢討,以探討創業管理教育的重要架構因素並藉此建置一個適合於國內教育環境的創業管理教育課程模式。

Taiwan's economic development relied heavily on manufacturing powered by industrialization. In the late 90's, as many third world countries adopted similar export-oriented approach to develop their economies, Taiwan faces severe competition in her traditional industries. Facing with severe challenges, Taiwan needs to transform her economy from the manufacture to the more knowledge-based industries. The education, therefore, needs to adjust to this new situation. Transformation from the paradigm of industrial economy to creativity and innovation is then a priority in our education system. A set of courses is developed in College of Management, National Sun Yat-sen University to facilitate such changes. A set of courses emphasize on practicing along side with teaching materials. A set of courses on entrepreneurship development and new venture creation is developed under the new guidelines. To enhance the effect, we chose an outside competition to combine with the course as an obligation of the course. Several courses were experimented under this arrangement and all turned out with outstanding outcomes. For all the courses undergone the experiment, students generally performed above average and gained honors in major national competitions. In this article, we report the underlying principles of our course design and introduce a case of our experiment to serve as a reference for future refinement of courses in this nature.
