韓國的職業教育

摘要

本文所稱韓國的職業教育係以由韓國教育科學技術部所主管之正規教育體系爲介紹範疇，亦即先針對國民教育、中等教育及高等教育階段中與職業教育有關之課程及學制，作一概略性探析。進而再就韓國於1996年第二次教育改革下，針對職業教育所提之政策及至2010年之教育科學技術部所進行之主要職業教育政策革新，作一簡述。從而，本文希冀瞭解韓國職業教育政策配合終身教育思維脈絡而提出之相關革新措施，俾以汲取他國寶貴經驗，作爲臺灣借鏡參考。

This article introduces briefly the vocational education embedded in primary, secondary and higher education governed by Ministry of Education, Science and Technology in Korea. Furthermore, the major policies and reforms related with vocational education and promoted by government from 1996 to 2010 are explored concisely. Based on describing those policies and reforms, the underpinning thinking toward lifelong education is exposed. Learning from Korean experiences in vocational education, some suggestions and introspection are provided.
