摘要

本文乃照護一位初次診斷卵巢癌婦女首次接受化學治療過程的護理過程。病人在罹病初期的恐懼及面對治療過程的不確定感，造成焦慮、無助及不知所措等情緒及行為反應，故引發筆者的動機。筆者於2013年07月28日～2013年8月17日期間，藉由身體評估、觀察、溝通與會談等方式收集資料，運用Gordon十一項健康功能型態為整體性評估架構，確立病人主要健康問題為：「急性疼痛」、「焦慮」及「知識增進的準備度」。筆者初期藉由關懷、陪伴、支持與信任關係的建立。增強病人面對疾病治療的信心，緩解手術後病人治療過程中的不適，同時提供完整的疾病資訊、護理指導、宗教及有治療成功經驗病友的支持，有效的緩解病人面對疾病治療過程中的壓力，希望藉由照護類似病人的經驗，與相同領域的護理同仁分享，能提供癌症病人更完善的照護與協助。

This article describes the experience of caring the initially diagnosed ovarian cancer patient who received the first chemotherapy at our hospital. By observing the patient, physical discomfort, fear, uncertainty, anxiety and helplessness was noted. Therefore, we were motivated to write this report. The period of nursing care was from July 28, 2013 to August 17, 2013. Gordon's eleven functional health assessments were used to collect data through physical examination, observation, and interview. The nursing problems identified included 'acute pain', 'anxiety' and 'readiness for enhanced knowledge'. During the nursing care process, we provided the patient with care, company and mental support to ease the physical discomfort. We also offered the patient comprehensive medical care information, religious support and support groups to relieve the anxiety and stress. By sharing the nursing experience, we expect to provide some useful information for patient's care in the similar setting.
