精神衛生護理人員對精神衛生護理師實務能力甄審機制之意見初探

A Study of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurses' Perspectives of the Clinical Competence Examination and Credentialing Model

摘要


本研究主要是調查精神衛生護理人員對「精神衛生護理師甄審」機制與策略的反應。邀請83位參與精神衛生護理師能力培訓研習活動之精神科護理人員,針對甄審制度、治療性人際關係、精神衛生護理評估、藥物治療、暴力與自傷處置、行爲治療及支持性心理治療等實務範疇之鈴備能力要項進行客觀性、可行性、區辨性、合正性之意見調查,以確定專業團隊對此甄審機制的認同狀況,並作爲未來落實執行實務能力甄審之參考。結果顯示,本研究中之精神科護理人員對「精神衛生護理師」甄審機制與評價能力必備要項策略皆有中高程度之認同。參與本研究之精神衛生護理人員皆肯定及支持雅行甄審策略之必要性,並建議未來仍需要持續進行精神衛生護理師實務能力之培訓課程及實務演練,以協助護理人員通過能力甄審。

Nursing clinical competence examinations have become a central professional and corporate issue. The purpose of this study was to explore the objectivity, acceptability, comparability and justice of the psychiatric mental health nurses' clinical competemce examination. The sample of this study was psychiatric nurses who were invited in the seminars of psychiatric clinical examinations standards and strategies. Structured questionnaires were used to collect data, from which 83 subjects' data were collected. The results of this study support that the objectivity, comparability, acceptability, justice of the psychiatric clinical examinations can be effective perform and foster an evidenced-based practice approach to psychiatric clinical care.
