從生態觀點探討兒童規律運動行為的養成

Fostering Children's Regular Exercise Behavior-An Social Ecological Perspective

摘要


兒童期是所有行為發展的基礎期,成長中的兒童需要對他們有幫助及適合他們年齡的活動,這些活動對兒童可以是挑戰,卻不可成為負擔。而由於兒童在生心理的發展上仍屬於非行為能力者,在行為養成上仍須倚賴重要他人之協助與社會資源的提供。因此,本文透過生態觀點及架構闡述環境對兒童運動規律行為養成之互動與影響,關注各個生態系統與兒童規律運動行為之關係,完整納入實質環境、社會制度等外部與鉅觀系統來進行解析。

Childhood is the key time to establish regular exercise habits and physical activity behaviors. Children need exercises and activities which are proper, and beneficial to their physical development, but could not be the burden. Out of the limitation of behavioral, physical and psychological development, children still need resources which stem from parents, school and community to participate exercise. Accordingly, the aim of this study is trying to explore the importance of environment from structure of social ecological perspective while attempting to establish children's regular exercise behaviors.
