國小實習教師教學計畫個案研究

A Case Study on PE Instructional Planning Process of a Pre-Service Teacher in Elementary School

摘要

本研究旨在探討國小實習教師對體育科教學計畫的認知、內容與歷程，影響實習教師進行體育科教學計畫的因素，以及對教學計畫實施時的反應及因應之道。本研究對象為一位國小實習教師，依照所授之排球低手傳球項目進行教學計畫，並依此進行教學。研究方法採參與觀察、半結構訪談、文件蒐集等方式進行資料蒐集，並以內容分析法分析所蒐集之文字資料，研究結果發現實習教師對於教學計畫的認知，主要是受到師資培育與自身經驗的影響，而其制定教學計畫的依據，則是師資培育時期所受專業訓練、自身知識與經驗以及參考書籍等。影響到實習教師教學計畫的因素包含學生起點行為、學生因素、教師本身因素與其他相關因素等。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the cognition and content in PE instructional planning process of a pre-service teacher in elementary school. The participant was an elementary pre-service teacher and his 35 fifth-grade students. This teacher designed and taught four sessions of volleyball and badminton class respectively. Qualitative method was used to collect data through participant observation field notes, interviews and stimulated recall. Data were analyzed with constant comparison method. Results showed that the pre-service teacher's cognition on instructional planning was influenced by the knowledge received from training in teachers college and personal experience. The basis for the instructional planning was from previous professional training, personal knowledge and experience, and reference texts. The factors that affected his instructional planning included from student entering behavior, student characteristics, teacher personality, and other related factors.
