國內高線數精密印刷市場評估研究

摘要

本研究旨在主要針對目前印刷產業分析與印刷產業規劃著手做研究，首先在印刷產業分析上，試著了解台灣各類型印刷產業市場分布狀態、印刷量需求及外銷情況與台灣目前印刷所面臨的問題與影響印刷發展的關鍵因素及次要因素。進而對台灣內部做印刷產業發展機會及外銷可行性評估，在經營模式與高線數印刷科技能力的瓶頸下試著找出能夠突破的方法。並了解有關高線數印刷在台灣的過去、現在、未來之分析與評估，並探討高線數印刷市場之瓶頸及其原因；本研究之研究目的為：（一）了解國內高線數印刷品之市場現況。（二）評估國內高線數印刷品發展之可能性。（三）探討國內印刷市場以及技術發展之現在與未來趨勢。（四）對國內印刷產業提出具體建議與產業發展建構藍圖，以作為國內印刷產業未來發展方向之參考。本研究以文獻探討為主，並輔以業者實地訪談。經文獻及訪談所得結果，以了解印刷產業市場概況與發展趨勢，探討國內高線數精密印刷的市場發展性。經由本研究整理，得到以下結論：（一）了解影響印刷發展的關鍵因素：大環境不景氣、閱讀習慣改變、數位出版、合版印刷等因素；（二）國內高線數精密印刷品的市場現況其實很少有業者在研究發展，普遍還是中規中矩的承接一般印件；（三）實現高線數精密印刷發展的可能性分析，從文獻與訪談得知，其實要做到高線數精密印刷並不困難，但是需要很注意很多細節的部份與投資更多的成本；（四）高線數精密印刷所面臨的問題與未來趨勢，主要問題在於業者擔心業務的來源而不敢輕易嘗試，要經過很仔細的盤算才考慮去做。因此，本研究也提出兩點建議：（一）希望業者能將市場放逐世界跨出第一步，發展高線數精密印刷讓高精密印刷形成群聚效果。（二）業者先研發如何生產高線數精密印刷，使得接到業務後能游刃有餘。

This study is target at the printing industry analysis and planning. Try to understand Taiwan's various types of printing industry market distribution, printing requirements, export situation and the impact on the development of Taiwan printing factors. And understand the high frequency printing in Taiwan's past, present and future analysis and evaluation, and the reasons for the bottleneck. The purpose of this study is: 1. Understand high frequency printing of current market conditions in Taiwan. 2. Assess the development the possibility of high frequency printing in Taiwan. 3. Explore the printing market and the current state of technical development in Taiwan. 4. Put forward the concrete proposal about printing industry. This study is to explore the literature and through interviews. This research obtains the conclusion by way of the data collate: 1. Factors affecting Taiwan's printing are economic downturn, reading habits have changed, digital printing and combined printing. 2. High frequency printing rarely been developed in Taiwan. 3. It's not difficult to achieve high frequency printing, but should be attention more detail of printing and allocate more funds. 4. It's not easy to receive the order of high frequency printing
