慢性病與健康飲食行為之相關性分析─以高血壓為例

摘要


近年來我國伴隨著人口老化的現象日趨明顯,再加上國人飲食習慣的改變、不良的生活作息、缺乏運動以及肥胖等趨勢,慢性病在國人的十大死因中已變得相當常見。而心血管疾病、糖尿病、高血壓及腎臟疾病更是已成為國人十大死因中的幾個主要原因。根據2020年的統計數據,高血壓性疾病為我國的第七大死因,而高血壓又與其他心血管疾病密切相關。有鑑於此,高血壓慢性病可以說是我國一項極重要的社會健康議題,而透過飲食行為的調整對於高血壓的防治至關重要。因此本次研究將探討以高血壓為例的慢性病與健康飲食行為間的相關性,同時也觀察有關高血壓相關的健康飲食訊息是否與健康飲食行為上改善具有關聯性。 本次研究採用行政院衛生署(現為中華民國衛生福利部)於民國98年所進行的「國民營養健康調查結果分析與籌備暨飲食營養改善與偵察計畫Ⅱ」的問卷資料,並以是否患有高血壓以及高血壓飲食習慣認知為主的變數對於防治高血壓相關的飲食行為進行分析。結果顯示,患有高血壓與「以低脂或脫脂奶類代替全脂奶類」以及「盡量以植物油代替動物油」的健康飲食行為有顯著的正向相關;高血壓飲食習慣認知則與所有的健康飲食行為皆有非常顯著的正向相關。

In recent years, with the aging of the population, coupled with people diet habit change, poor lifestyle, lack of exercise and obesity, chronic diseases have become quite common among the top 10 causes of death in Taiwan. Cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension and kidney disease have become some of the leading causes of death among the top ten causes of death in our country. According to the statistics in 2020, hypertension is the seventh leading cause of death in Taiwan, and hypertension is closely related to other cardiovascular diseases. In view of this, chronic hypertension is a very important social health issue in our country, and dietary modifications are essential for the prevention and treatment of hypertension. Therefore, this study will analyze the correlation between chronic diseases such as hypertension and healthy dietary behavior. In addition, we will also analyze the correlation between hypertension dietary information and healthy dietary behavior. In this study, the questionnaire data from “Establishing Infrastructure for the Nutrition and Health Survey in Taiwan, Planning the 2010-2015 Survey, and Nutrition Improvement Programs (II)”, conducted by Department of Health, Executive Yuan (now the Ministry of Health and Welfare) in 2009, were used to analyze the associations of hypertension and perception of hypertensive dietary habits with dietary behaviors related to the prevention and treatment of hypertension. The results showed that having hypertension had a significant positive correlation on healthy dietary behaviors of “replacing full-fat milk with low-fat or nonfat milk” and “replacing animal oil with vegetable oil as much as possible”. The perception of hypertensive dietary habits had a significant positive correlation on all healthy dietary behaviors.
