護理課程改革與課程發展-從理念到實踐

Nursing Curriculum Innovation and Curriculum Development: From Philosophy to Implementation

摘要


面對快速變遷的時代,傳統的課程發展模式,已經無法適應社會變遷的需求,課程改革是時代所需,而在課程改革中,教師扮演了非常重要的角色,從原來課程的執行者轉變為課程的發展者;課程改革不僅只是教材,教法的改變或科目的調整,教師之角色亦從傳統講授者的角色,轉變為促進者及引導者。本文主要敘述課程改革的理、意義、課程發展的過程及總結。

In an ever-changing era, the traditional curriculum model can no longer meet current society's needs. Curriculum revolution seems inevitable. It involves not only the adjustment of teaching materials, teaching methods and course compositions; it especially relates to a new identity of the faculty, that is, as a course developer instead of the traditional role of performer. The content of this paper includes the philosophy of curriculum revolution, its meaning (significance), the curriculum development process, and conclusions.
