本研究以台北市八頭里仁協會為實例探討以非營利組織作為終身學習場域時, 成員參與各項教育活動的學習情況,特別是成員能否達到轉換學習?八頭里仁協會辦理的教育活動涵蓋個人及家庭、地方及社區、社團參與及志工服務三個範疇,成員參與且學習結果,在個人及家庭方面,都越過反思性學習(轉按學習的開始);除了一位之外,但都未達到最高階的轉換學習;在地方與社區參與之學習層面,六位皆越過反思性學習,更有三位達到最高階的轉換學習社團參與及志工服務方面的學習,六位也都有達到反思性的學習,但都未達到最高階的轉換學習。
Human learning occurred in a non-profit organization assumed it is as a leaning place in a local community. This study intended to explore learning styles presented from members of Patou-Lijen Foundation in Taipei City. Patou-Lijen Foundation provided educational activities presented in three perspectives: individual and family growth, local community development and volunteer advance. Members presented their learning styles in three perspec-tives were very different. In the aspect of individual and family growth, six members reached to reflective learning except one. Reflective learning is the initiation of transformative learning but not reach the peak of transformative learning. In the aspect of local community development, six members reached over reflective learning and thee present transformative learning. In the aspect of volunteer advance, six members reached to reflective but not to the peak oftransformative learning.
