常見綠化植栽異戊二烯釋放之研究

Isoprene Emission from Ornamental Plants

摘要


植物行光合作用的同時,可能釋放出生物源揮發性有機物(Biogenic volatile organic compounds, BVOC),其中以異戊二烯(isoprene)的釋放為大宗。異戊二烯因大氣中氮氧化物存在時增加臭氧(ozone)濃度,也會在無氮氧化物存在時消耗大氣臭氧,此外,植物在過熱的情況下會釋放出大量的異戊二烯,推測此現象與植物抗瞬間熱輻射及膜的穩定性有關。本試驗使用聚丙烯枝條套袋圍封法,進行枝條套袋,以火燄離子化檢測器(Flame ionization detector, FID)進行分析,結果顯示:在常見的78種綠化植栽中,以喬木類的正榕等16種、灌木類的金邊黃槐等3種綠化植栽檢測出有異戊二烯的釋放情形,其餘的植栽種類則皆未能檢測到釋放情形發生。

Biogenic volatile organic compound (BVOCs) can be emissioned when plants photosynthesis and air-purge, especially isoprene. This study was designed to measure the isoprene emission in ornamental plants treat of the environmental and different medicament factors on isoprene emission which tried to build the database of isoprene for the location plants. In this study, to measured the isoprene emission of plants using by PP plastic bag enclosure method in combination with GC-FID. The results showed that 78 species of ornamental plants had isoprene emissiom, include 16 species of trees in Ficus microcarpa L. f., the other species had no detected it.
