綠色紙兩面性形成之原因及改善

摘要


本文探討某紙廠以長網抄紙機所抄造之基重150g/m^3酸性上膠線色紙兩面性形成之原因及改善之道。直接天藍及直接凍黃與填料白土及混合漂白化學漿(NBKP:LBKP=15:85)聞之親和力差異為綠色紙兩面性形成之主因。染料對白土親和力較漂白紙漿強,當紙料中添加20%白土於毯面產生淺色調。此外,綠色紙厚度方向各層白土分佈不均會導致兩面性發生。若預先以直接凍黃0.093%及直接天藍染料0.202%充分染著白土後,再添加至混合漂白漿中,而非紙廠慣用之添加順序:紙漿-染料-松香-明馨-白土-保留助劑,可減少綠色紙兩面性之發生。保留助劑(陽性聚丙烯醯胺)添加促使紙層中自土呈均句分佈,有助於結色紙兩面性之改善,例如本實驗可使總色紙毯面及色網面之色差(ΔE)小於人眼不易分辨分0.6以下。

To find the cause of the noticeable two-sidedness of a mil I-made acidic sized greenish paper (basis weight:150 g/ni) and its improvement were investigated in our laboratoy. The greater difference of dyestuffs (Direct Sky Blue 68 & Direct Yellow 12) affinity between filler clay and mixed bleached chemical pulp (NBKP:LBKP=15:85) are the main cause of two-sidedness for greenish paper. Dyestuffs have g strong affinity for clay, and will produce a light-shade "top-sidedness" when used in a 20% clay-filled greenish sheet . In addition to this, an uneve n distribution of clay in Zdirection of greenish sheet resulting in a two-sidedness. To dy e the clay with Direct Yellow 12 of 0.093% and Direct Sky Blue 6B of 0.202% thoroughly prior to mixed bleached pulp instead of the order of addition: pulp-dye-rosin-alum-clay-retention aid, may greatly reduce the two-sidedness. The addition of retention aid (cationic polyacryl amide) takes advantage of the even distribution of the threshhold dyed-clay in a sheet which will improve two-sidedness of greenish paper (color difference (ΔE less than 0.6) between felt side and wire side.
