摘要

利用民國89年3月11日及12日在國立中興大學舉辦DIY木工研習及木製禮品設計比賽之兩種活動機會，進行問卷調查，以暸解自組式木製禮品之市場潛力。盼拓展台灣人工林疏找木之用途範圈。由271份有效問卷之統計分析，綜合其結果如下：1.對自組式（DIY）木製禮品之偏好，以未滿20歲之女性佔多數。百分之八十以上受查者認為木製品適宜作為送禮用。可接受價格以每件400-599元者居多。並且認同以國產材中小徑木屑原料之製品，而享受自己動手之樂趣。同時有興趣知道製作木工DIY產品所需之工具種類與價格。2.齊一性檢定結果發現，性別對DIY木製禮品材質及對DIY家具最大優點之看法不一致，年齡差異對DIY木製禮品所偏好之顏色及能接受之價格的看法也不一致。對其他各間項則持一致的看法。3.相關性檢定結果，在性別與DIY木製禮品材質的偏好及年齡與木製禮品所能接受的價格二變數間，分別以獨立性檢定，聯立係數、結合指數及Cramer統計量檢定，皆顯示其間有相關性存在，並且年齡與木製禮品所能接受價格之相關程度大於性別與材質偏好。

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the market potential of DIY wooden gifts, the questionnaire survey was carried out from two activities, DIY woodwork study and wood gift design competition, which was held in National Chung Hsing University from March 12, 2000. We hope that it would increase the utilization thinned wood from man-made forest in Taiwan. Through statistical analysis from 271 valid questionnaires, the results are summarized as follows: 1. The questionares ehowed that females, under the age of 20,. Rad high proportion in favor DIY gifts. More than 80% respondents considered those wooden products are suitable for gifts. Most of them would accept the price between 400 and 599 NT dollars per piece. Also, they did enjoy the pleasue of making DIY wooden gifts made from medium and small diameter logs from man-made forest in Taiwan. At the same time, they were also interested in knowing the types and prices of tools which were necessary to make DIY wooden products. 2. According to the results from test of homogeneity, the male and the female showed different viewpoints regarding to the quality of DIY wooden gifts and best benefit of DIY furniture. The factor of age showed the different opinions about favorite color and acceptable prices of DIY wooden presents. But for other items, all of them had similar opinions. 3. In test of correlation, tests of homogeneity, contingency coefficient, index of predictive association, and Cramer statistic separately treat two variables, sex with material quality of DIY wooden presents and age with acceptable price of DIY wooden gifts. All the results showed that these two variables have some correlation and the correlation of the latter is higher than the former.
