孟宗竹積層壁板隔音性能之研究-聲音透過損失之測定與分析

摘要


本研究之目的在探討以孟宗竹積層壁板作為輕量隔牆時之隔音性能,及填加玻璃纖維棉、PU發泡棉等吸音材料後之改善效應,期使其能應用在建築環境中提供良好的居住性。本試驗試材為台灣產孟宗竹層積板,以厚度5 mm,10 mm及15 mm之層積壁板製作試體,分別比較單層型、中空雙層型及三明治型等三種結構壁板之隔音性能。依聲音透過損失值實驗室測定法,採用B&K公司的儀器系統進行測試,以音強麥克風對隔牆作聲音透過損失的測定及分析。重要的試驗結果摘要如下:1.厚度10 mm,15 mm層積壁板之中空雙層型結構及厚度15 mm竹材壁板之三明治結構型填加玻璃纖維棉等三個試體,均超過STC36以上,具有良好之隔音等級評價。2.不同厚度單層型之試體,隨其厚度之增加而具有良好之隔音性能,其聲音透過損失平均值測試結果顯示:15 mm(29.5 dB) > 10 mm(27.1 dB) > 5 mm(23.3 dB)。3.不同厚度中空雙層型之試體,其亦隨厚度之增加而具有良好之隔音性能,其聲音透過損失平均值測試結果顯示:10 mm(35.6 dB) > 15 mm(35.1 dB) > 5 mm(28.6 dB)4.不同厚度之三明治型結構試體中間層填加32kg/m^3玻璃棉後具有良好之改善效應,其聲音連過損失平均值比較結果顯示:15 mm(38.7 dB) > 5 mm(38.0 dB) > 10 mm(37.8 dB)。其改善效應分別:5mm者為9.4 dB,10 mm者為2.3 dB,15 mm者為3.6 dB。5.厚度5 mm竹材壁板之三明治型結構試體中間層填加PU發泡棉之改善效應,不如填加32kg/m^3玻璃纖維棉者良好,前者為5.0 dB,而後者為9.4 dB。

The purpose of this paper was to study the sound insulation performances of light weight walls with Moso bamboo laminated Panel and to evaluate the effect of structure Moso bamboo laminated panel after filled with sound-absorption materials (for example: fiber glass, poly urethame foam), Moso bamboo laminated panel with 5 mm, 10 mm and 15 mm in thickness, There are simple layer type, double layers type and sandwich type structure testing samples were compared. This study was conducted in the acoustical laboratory; Sound transmission loss (STL) was measured by sound intensity method for the Moso bamboo laminated panel with B & K measuring instruments system. The important results were summarized as follows: 1.The double layers type of bamboo laminated panel thickness of 10 mm, 15 mm and the sandwich type structure of Moso bamboo laminated panel thickness of 15 mm filled with fiber glass, showed good evaluation of sound transmission class (STC) ,the sound insulation performances above STC•36. 2.Sound insulation performances of one layer type testing samples increase with increasing thickness. The mean values of sound transmission loss for different thickness were: 15 mm, 29.5 dB > 10 mm, 27.1 dB > 5 mm, 23.3 dB. 3.Sound insulation performances of double layers type structure testing samples, also increase with increasing thickness.The mean values of sound transmission loss for different thickness were: 10 mm, 35.5 dB > 15 mm, 35.1dB > 5 mm, 28.6 dB. 4.In the sandwich type structure testing samples filled with 32kg/m^3 glass fiber show better improved effect of sound insulation performances than unfilled ones. The mean values of sound transmission loss for different thickness were: 15 mm, 38.7 dB > 5 mm, 38,0 dB> 10 mm, 37.8 dB. Their improved effect were 5 mm: 9.4 dB, 10 mm: 2.2 dB and 15 mm: 3.6 dB. 5.The effect of PU foam, as insulation material added in sandwich type structure testing samples was poor while compared with glass fiber. And their improved effects were 5.0 dB and 9.4 dB.
