市售貼面木質板材之非破壞性及破壞性檢測比較

Comparison of Destructive and Non-destructive Test on Commercial Overlaid Wood Based Panels

摘要


以應力波計時儀及打音頻譜分析系統等非破壞性檢測儀器檢測貼面材料紅櫟木單板、浸膠紙及三聚氰胺麗光板對粒片板、纖維板及合板三種木質材料之貼面效應,並以萬能試驗機檢測材料的靜曲強度(MOE、MOR),比較非破壞性檢測及破壞性檢測之相關性,並瞭解貼面材料對於板材性質之影響。三種木質板材於單板貼面後,所測得之波速及振動頻率均有所提高,兩種儀器以應力波計時儀之變化大於打音頻譜分析系統。材料之雙面貼及單面貼處理對該板材波速及振動頻率之影響不顯著。粒片板貼面後靜曲強度(MOR)縱向大於橫向,合板則相反之,纖維板則無明顯趨勢。貼三聚氰胺麗光板者具有較大靜曲強度,貼紅櫟木單板對靜曲強度之影響不顯著。非破壞性與破壞性檢測板材強度結果之相關性,在粒片板最高(0.9),其次為纖維板,而合板之相關性最低。

The nondestructive testing instruments, such as stress wave timer (SWT) and tap tone analysis system (ITAS) detested the lamination efficiencies of three woodbased panels, particleboard, fiberboard and plywood which overlaid with red oak veneer, resin impregnated paper and melamine impregnated laminated paper sheet (DEKORA). At the same time we detected bending strength (MOE, MOR) of those by destructive machine. All above that is to compare the relationship of nondestructive and destructive tests and to understand how laminated materials influence to proprieties of those panels. When three kinds of woodbased panels were laminated on one side, it showed velocity and vibration frequency all higher then no laminated, and the value change at swr is higher than at ITAS. When woodbased panels treated by laminated on one or both sides, the influence of the stress wave velocity and vibration frequency is not significant. After be laminated, bending strength (MOR) of particleboard showed its longitudinal direction is bigger than transverse ones, but plywood showed lower MOR value in the longitudinal direction. The relationship of bending strength on panels detested by NDT and destructive test showed that particleboard was the highest (0.9), followed by the fiberboard, plywood was the lowest.
