應用二氧化碳噴壓法速凝製造廢紙纖維水泥板

Study on the Rapid-Curing of Wastepaper Fiber-Cement Boards by CO2 Injection Pressing Process

摘要


將二氧化碳以8.16kgf/cm^2-9.52kgf/cm^2之壓力,噴入以回收新聞紙為材料,且與卜特蘭水泥混拌均勻之板坯,以1分鐘即可製得板面平整之廢紙纖維水泥板,顯示提高噴氣壓力,可促進板坯之速凝,而得以縮短製板時間。經不同條件製板,其靜曲破壞強度約為42.43kgf/cm^2-58.16kgf/cm^2,三項製板因子中,以水泥/廢紙纖維比對靜曲強度之影響最大,其次則為二氧化碳之壓力;各板之吸水率49.2%-57.9%之間,而厚度膨脹率則約為2.8%-6.6%;試驗結果並顯示:以水泥/廢紙纖維比為4,製得厚度2cm者,符合耐燃二級的標準(CNS6532),可知廢紙纖維水泥板不但尺寸安定性良好,耐燃性質亦為優良。

Within one minute, the wastepaper fiber-cement boards could be made, this rapid-curing process was accomplished by injection of high pressurized CO_2 (8.16-9.52 kgf/cm^2 ) into mat evenly mixed old newspaper and Portland cement mixture. The result demonstrated that the hardening time could be shortened by increasing CO2 pressure. Within the three controlling factors, the ratio of cement to wastepaper fiber was the most important factor affecting the MOR of the resultant board, and the CO_2 pressure was the second most important factor. With different treatments, the MOR ranged between 42.43 and 8.16 kgf/cm^2, water absorption range (49.2-57.9 %) and thickness swelling rate (2.8-6.6 %). When the ratio of cement to wastepaper fiber increased to 4, and with thickness of 2 cm; the wastepaper fiber-cement board could meet the class II criteria of CNS 6532 incombustibility test. Therefore the resultant boards were most only dimensionally stable but also qualified fire-retar.dant products.
