木炭粉被覆木質複合板與木炭板在電場之電磁波屏蔽效應

Electromagnetic Shielding Efficiency at Electric Field of Oriented Strand Board Overlaid with Charcoal Powder and Charcoal Boards

摘要


本研究以市售相思樹木炭為原料,製作木炭板,進行不同製板條件對電磁波屏蔽效應(E. S. E)之影響。同時,亦探討高溫(1000℃)處理木炭板之電磁波屏蔽效應。再以泡桐木炭粉(炭化溫度1000℃)層積定向粒片板,探討木炭層厚度對其電磁波屏蔽效應之影響。所得結果歸納如次:(1)市售相思樹木炭粉所製作之木炭板之電磁波屏蔽效應均很低。經高溫(炭化溫度1000℃)處理之木炭板的電磁波屏蔽效應會昇高至24.4-49.5 dB。(2)由泡桐炭粉層(炭化溫度1000℃)層積複合於OSB表面所製成木質複合板,電磁波入射面為木炭層或OSB底面,其E .S. E值無差異,但其會隨複合之木炭層厚度增加而增大,木炭層厚度分別為0.2 cm,0.5 cm,及0.7 cm時,其E. S. E值分別為28.4 dB,54.2 dB及69.5 dB。(3)高溫處理木炭板之E. S. E值與其電阻係數(ρ)之間存在有曲線負相關。

The charcoal boards made from commercial Acacia charcoal and the effects of manufacturing conditions on electromagnetic shielding efficiency (E. S. E) were investigated. The E. S. E values of charcoal boards treated at carbonization temperature of 1000℃ also were studied. Additionally, the wooden composite made from OSB (oriented strand board) overlaid with paulownia charcoal powder with carbonization temperature of 1000℃ and the effects of thickness of charcoal layers on E. S. E values were also investigated. The electromagnetic insulation strength system was to detect the electromagnetic shielding efficiency (E. S. E) of charcoal boards. The results are summarized as follows : (1)The E. S. E values of charcoal boards make from commercial Acacia charcoal powder were very low. However, the E.S.E values of charcoal boards treated at carbonization temperature of 1000℃ increased up to 24.4-49.5 dB. (2)The wooden composite made from OSB overlaid with paulownia charcoal powder layer under carbonization temperature of 1000℃, there were similar values of E. S. E for both irradiated face on charcoal layer and opposite OSB side. However, The E. S. E values increased with increasing thickness of charcoal layers thickness of 0.2 cm, 0.5 cm and 0.7 cm respectively. (3)The E.S.E values of charcoal boards treated at carbonization temperature of 1000℃ and its electric resistivity (ρ) could be represented by a negatively curvilinear relation
