蛋白質-酚醛膠合劑之合成及其在木質複合板製造上之應用(II)蛋白質-酚膠之中密度纖維板研製

Development of Protein-based Phenolic Adhesives for Wood Composite Products (II) Manufacturing of MDF Bonded with Protein-PF Adhesives

摘要


本研究主要以蛋白質-酚膠製造竹、木材中密度纖維板。竹、木材廢料以解纖機進行解纖,解纖條件通入180℃(蒸氣壓力約8 kgf/cm^2)預熱4 min後,再進行1 min解纖。使用竹、木纖維之游離度均為11~13(D.S. Defibrator Sec. )。成板厚度1 cm,密度0.75 g/cm^3,蛋白質-酚膠含脂率8%之中密度纖維板。實驗結果顯示以動物性血蛋白質-酚膠=70/30所製成之中密度竹纖維板具有較佳的強度性質。選擇蛋白質-酚膠配比為70/30進行木材纖維板、竹材纖維板及竹木材纖維混合纖維板之製造,結果以動物性羽毛蛋白質-酚膠所製造之木材纖維板具較佳之強度性質,其中MOR/ρ為458 kgf/cm^2, MOE/ρ為16.8×10^4 kgf/cm^2,比內聚強度為6.7 kgf/cm^2,比木螺絲保持力為36 kgf,吸水厚度膨脹率為17.6%。其結果均符合CNS 9909(1997)30型中密度纖維板強度(MOR>306 kgf/cm^2)之要求。

The purposes of this study were to formulate protein-phenolic resins adhesive and to investigate optimum conditions for production of bamboo or wood fiberboard bonded with protein-phenolic resin adhesives. Excellent fiber furnish was obtained by preheating bamboo wastes at 180℃ for 4 minutes, followed by a 1 minute defibrizing with a Defibrator. Freeness of bamboo or wood fiber obtained was 11 to 13 D.S (Defibrator Second) and the average fiber yield was above 83 % after defibrizing for 1 min. In addition, we select protein/phenolic=70/30 make bamboo MDF, wood MDF and wood/bamboo MDF. Among of them, wood fiberboard have the greatest MOR/ρ, MOE/ρ, and IB/ρ and SHC/ρ of medium density fiberboard bonded with 8% protein-phonolic resin adhesives were 458 kgf/cm^2, 16.8×10^4 kgf/cm^2, 6.7 kgf/cm^2 and 36 kgf, respectively. The average thickness swelling was 17.6%. This board properties met the CNS 9909 (1997) Type 30 performance requirements (MOR>306 kgf/cm^2).
