博物館為協助民眾掌握展覽及教育活動訊息,長期以來透過各種文宣品進行宣傳,然而在媒體型態與觀眾資訊尋求方式大幅轉變的趨勢下,傳統的文宣設計及資訊內容是否仍符合使用者需求值得重新檢視。本文蒐集國內9間具展示及推廣活動功能的國立博物館定期發行的「活動簡訊」進行項目分析,接續以國立臺灣博物館為個案施行問卷調查,最後綜合調查結果提出設計優化建議。研究發現觀眾對臺博館活動簡訊具有高滿意度,建議未來改版時,在現行文宣設計基礎上,內文文字採用10.5級以上的圓體字或黑體字;善用網路平臺延伸內文資訊,並多利用表格簡化紙本內容;開發適合國外觀光客使用的版本,強化參觀資訊及導引內容。
Printing materials have been one of the major medias for the museums to propaganda information on exhibitions and outreach activities. The types of media and the way of user receiving information have changed in recent years at large, therefore it is essential to review if the traditional design and information content of plane propaganda still cater to visitors' need. This paper has collected newsletters published by nine national museums with the function of display and promotion. After analyzing contents of newsletters, researchers conducted a questionnaire survey on the visitors in National Taiwan Museum. The research results are as follow. First, the visitors were generally satisfied with the newsletter. Second, the "Round" or "Bold" styles in or lager than 10.5pt of words were preferred by most visitors. Third, official websites can facilitate the museums in extending more information to audiences. Fourth, tables are more effective in simplifying contents them plain text. Fifth, developing newsletters for foreign visitors is needed to enhance the function of printed guiding information.
