花卉軟盆自動上盆機之研製

Development of an Automatic Potting Machine for Ornamental Flowers

摘要


本研究目的在研製花卉軟盆自動上盆機,以解決花農勞力不足及工資昂貴之問題。本機經多次改良測試後,結果顯示自動化裝填介質上盆作業非常通暢。上盆作業之完整裝填率達98%,工作效率每小時可上盆2,700盆,約為人工作業之3倍。就機械使用成本分析得知,每萬盆上盆作業成本費用包括折舊費256元,維護費28元,利息67元,電費29元及工資855元,合計為1,235元,與人工作業每萬盆工資需1,800元比較,可節省565元。目前使用本機之年產量為430萬盆,經換算全年可節省242,950元。故自動上盆機之研發應用,可顯著節省工時及降低成本。

The objective of this project was to develop a automatic potting machine for ornamental flowers in order to replace the current manual operation with improve efficiency. Preliminary results showed that our automatic potting machine was efficient and was applicable to plastic soft pots of 3 1/2” diameter. The successful rate for potting was 98% and the working capacity of this machine was 2,700 pots per hour which was 3 times over that of manual operation. Moreover, the use of the potting machine substantially improved working conditions in the field and avoided laborious manual planting operation. The cost analysis of the machinery usage revealed that the total cost was NT$ 1,235 per ten thousand pots which included NT$ 256 of depreciation, NT$ 27 of maintenance, NT$ 68 of interest, NT$ 29 of electricity cost and NT$ 855 of wages, the application of the automatic potting machine saves NT$ 565 per ten thousand pots, that is equivalent to a saving of NT$ 242,950 per year The effect of reducing labor time and operation cost by using the developed automatic potting machine is significant.
