原發位不明癌合併多處轉移年輕病人之臨終護理經驗
Hospice Care Experience of Malignant Unknown Origin with Multiple Metastasis for a Young Patient

This article is describes a care experience in a terminal young female with unknown origin associated with multiple organs metastases. During the treatment course, we first improved the life quality of this patient by best supportive care. We encouraged the patient psychologically to face the end of life through our team work with her family. We also provided effective care procedures which covered both the physical and psychological aspects of the patient. Finally, we helped this patient to have a peaceful ending to her life.
