臨床護理指導資訊系統初探-以精神科為例

Computer-Aided Integrated Clinical Nursing Instruction System in a Psychiatric Ward

摘要


臨床執行護理指導時,所使用的護理指導單張多是以疾病為主,由護理人員依據內容提供標準化的資訊,其中內容可能並非病人和家屬的需求。本研究以IF-THEN因果關係的生產規則,以規則導向(rule-based system)為系統架構,建立疾病、藥物及護理指導資料庫,經由決策支援系統的輔助產生具個人化且合乎疾病進展的護理指導內容。系統建置完成後針對護理指導系統介面及操作與內容進行評估與分析;在系統介面評估(N=8),80%以上受測者同意系統操作容易及最喜愛目前所服用藥物項目。在護理指導單張內容之整體滿意的評估(N=64),60位(94%)受測者覺得護理指導內容正確,符合個別護理指導時的需求,且內容是有助益於工作。未來發展方向為擴充資料庫,與醫院資訊系統進行連結,可提升其完整性和個人化的需求,也可增進工作時的效率。

The current education sheets primarily focus on the subject of diseases. Medical professionals provide disease and treatment information for patients and their families, but there are probably not the contents of their needs. We have attempted to establish a computer-aided health education contents generating system by integrating the databases for disease, medicine and nursing knowledge to generate an individual health education document suitable for different patients. We analyze the system performance at the content of the health education sheets with overall satisfaction. 94% of testers felt that the health education content was correct and consistent with the clinical staff in the implementation for individual health education needs. 81% of testers thought the system health education content was helpful for work. It enhanced the integrity of clinical staff in the implementation of care health education.
