運用自我效能照護一位年輕型中風病患之護理經驗

Nursing Experience of Using Self-Efficacy Theory for Care of a Young Stroke Patient

摘要


本篇個案報告分享運用自我效能理論,照護一位26歲年輕型腦中風個案的護理經驗。筆者於2016年11月16日至12月02日照護期間,運用五大層面評估,以身體評估、觀察、會談、傾聽及溝通等方式收集資料,確立個案主要健康問題為:「吞嚥困難」、「家庭運作過程改變」、「不確定感」,於護理過程中運用自我效能,以成功表現經驗、替代經驗、言語說服、穩定生心理狀態,協助個案認識吞嚥功能與訓練方式、瞭解早期復健之重要性,促進個案復健動機及積極性,鼓勵個案審視自己與家庭之關係,適時表達自我感受,主動凝聚家庭與社會資源,以度過此次生命中的重大事件。藉此個案分享護理經驗,提供護理師臨床照護年輕型中風個之參考。

This paper describes the nursing experience of using self-efficacy theory to care for a 26-year-old stroke patient over November 16-December 2, 2016. The author used five major nursing care assessments to collect information: physical assessment, observation, interviews, listening, and communication. The main health problems were dysphagia, interruption of family processes, and uncertainty. The author used the self-efficacy theory to assess the nursing process, performance accomplishments, vicarious experiences, verbal persuasion, and emotional arousal. Moreover, the self-efficacy theory was used to assist patients in understanding swallowing function, training methods, and early rehabilitation; to promote their motivation and enthusiasm to undergo rehabilitation; and to encourage them to reflect their relationship with family, express feelings, and actively concentrate on family and social resources when performing major events in their lives.
