摘要

隨著十數年來網際網路的普及與成熟，許多企業將相關技術應用於建置企業內部的綱路，Intranet因而出現並迅速發展。文獻已證實Intranet的應用有利於組織的動作和管理；公部門組織若能善加利用其特性，將有助於組織溝通、組織學習、員工的組織承諾、知識管理、與變革管理，最終可協助促成政府再造的實現。

With the development and ubiquitous usage of Internet in the past twenty years, many enterprises applied related technologies to build internal or corporate Internet. This has made Intranets widely adopted during the past decade. Literature has recorded and proven Intranet's benefits to organizational operation and management. Taking advantage of the strengths of Intranets, public organizations may substantially improve their organizational communications, organizational learning, organizational members' commitment, Knowledge Management, and Change Management, and eventually contribute to governmental reinvention.
