數位時代變革管理的發展策略

The Strategy of Change Management in Digital Age

摘要


變革管理有許多研究面向,其中受到資訊科技蓬勃發展的影響,數位化被視為提升組織績效的重要機制,然而,以資訊科技為主軸的變革管理過程,也過到許多抗拒。基此,本文之目的在於深入瞭解數位時代變革管理的內涵,首先以企業大學為例,探索變革管理的發展趨勢;其次,透過概念化途徑,析探變革管理的內涵;再者,依據數位化時代的特性,論述變革管理的實施步驟;最後,提出變革管理的成功條件,以資各界參考。

The article examines the strategy of change management in digital age. The paper reviews the corporate university concept and consider how information technology pedagogy might contribute to its success. Meanwhile, the paper explores three approaches to organizational change-directed change, planned change, guided changing, and their appropriateness as a function of the relative business complexity and socio-technical uncertainty in the situation. The article also concludes with discuss of the steps for our thinking about the challenge of change management in digital age.
