探究“數位機會中心”之有效經營策略

摘要

教育部提出「數位機會中心」政策供偏遠社區申請，經過實地訪查與評估後給予經費補助建置，對於社區長遠經營數位機會中心來說，企業界、學術單位機構與政府相關單位之後續的輔導與協助才是最重要的。作者提出了「數位機會中心」之有效經營策略，供目前社區已經規劃建置完成之「數位機會中心」參考，中央主管機關宜長遠與長期的角度著眼針對社區總體營造之理念，相關的後續研究供政策施行參考依據，才得以輔助社區有效經營、民眾終身學習與人才留鄉培育，以落實鄉土、資訊與文化紮根之工作。

Ministry of Education in Taiwan promotes the ”Digital Opportunity Center” (DOC) Plan for the remote community applying supplement of computer equipment. Concerns of continued guidance and help may be helpful for the long-term growth of community will be discovered in this article. The author suggests the sustainable management strategies for DOC maintainers should consider strategy for long-term plan of community rather than short-term policy. Relevant research are helpful suggestions for policy makers to make decisions that help community promotes management, life-long learning and manpower stay home for pushing the literature of homeland , information and culture.
