影響土壤添加物-AR3防治百合白絹病之因子

Factors Affecting a Formulated Soil Amendment AR3 for Control of Southern Blight of Lily

摘要


以土壤平板法及盆栽方怯測試土壤添加物對白絹病菌菌核發芽及病害發生之影響。土壤中含1%(w/w)量之苦茶渣時,可明顯促進病害的發生,加入1%量AR3無法有效抑制之。土壤添加物之C/N比與菌核發芽及病害罹病度均呈顯著正相關,相關係數分別為R^2=0.996及R^2=0.993。土壤添加物AR3之組成份中牛糞、米糠和蟹殼粉等有機質之比例改變為20:25:10(AR3-2)時,取1%(w/w)量處理土壤7天,可完全抑制白絹病菌菌核發芽及病害發生,且植株生長良好,與AR3及對照組呈顯著差異(p=0.05)。土壤施用1%(w/w)之土壤添加物AR3,無論覆蓋與否皆可有效降低白絹病之發生,處理間無明顯差異性(p=0.05)。

The soil-plated and inoculation-potted methods were used to test the effect of soil amendments on sclerotial germination and control of lily southern blight pathogen, Sclerotium rolfsii. Formulated soil amendment, AR 3 mixture, was able to significantly reduce the disease severity. However, the effectiveness of AR 3 mixture to the disease was nullified when soil was amended with 1% (w/w) oil tea dreg. Sclerotial germination of the pathogen and severity of the disease were positively correlated (R^2=0.996 and R^2=0.933, respectively) with C/N ratios of soil amendments. When the formula of soil amendment AR 3 modified the ratio of cattle manure, chaff and crab shell meal from 35: 10 : 10 to 20 : 2510 (AR3-2) was added into soil at 1% (w/w) and incubated for 7 days, it was able to completely inhibit the germination of scierotia and disease severity. Soil amanded with 1% (w/w) AR 3 was the same effective as that with mulching with a sheet of polyethylene plastic.
