氣輔桿式噴藥機之研製

摘要


氣輔桿式噴藥機由承載底盤系統與噴藥作業總成等二主要機構組成,並由16馬力柴油引擎驅動。本機之噴藥系統由五個支系統構成,使用每平公分五公斤之低壓進行作業,並藉流速每秒20公尺以上輔助氣流之協助,引導藥霧進入植株叢中,提高農藥在植株上之附著。本機使用化TeeJetXR11003VS噴頭,經田間試驗分析,各噴頭之出水量相對於總平均±10%及相鄰噴頭出水量相對於兩者平均±5%之比較結果,均未超過標準。而悠關噴藥效果之藥液附著度,經利用水試紙檢測結果,分析藥液在葉表及株桿之附著情形,其附著度與標準圖鑑比較後,附著度達70%以上者,佔總取樣數90%以上;而葉背附著度達40%以上者,亦佔總取樣數90%以上。

The air-assisted boom sprayer comsists of two main assemblies which are the frame with a diesel engine and the spraying system. The spraying system has five branches of hoses in which 3 pieces of TeeJet XR11003 VS nozzles are installed. By the help of air assistance, the droplet deposition on plants may be increased to a more reasonable level than that of the traditional sprying device. The flow rate of each nozzle compared to the total mean is not over the level with a tolerance of ±10% around the average. And the adjacent nozzle flow difference is also within its average ±5%. As to the deposition on the upper side of a leaf and the stem, more than 90% of the sampling is leading upto a 70% significant level compared to the reference index chart. With the same procedure the deposition on the bottom side of a leaf was found that more than 90% of the sampling is leading upto a 40% lvevl.
