Comparison of the Nutritive Value of Dietary Proteins in Tilapia Aurea

吳郭魚飼料中蛋白質之營養價比較

摘要


為了探討吳郭魚(Tilapia aurea)之營養需求,將魚分別飼以各種不同源之蛋白質四周,而後測定其增加之體重,蛋白質效率及淨蛋白質利用價等營養指標。結果顯示營養値是依酪蛋白、魚粉、大豆粉、花生粕、酵母粉之次序減低。若在大豆粉中添加魚類之必需胺基酸,只有纈胺酸、苯丙胺酸、組胺酸及異亮胺酸有促進魚體生長之作用,而蛋胺酸、離胺酸或羥丁胺酸則無促進作用。

The purpose of this study was to understand the nutritional requirements of Tilapia aurea. Various natural proteins were fed to the fish for 4 weeks, and the body weight gain, protein efficiency ratio and net protein utilization were determined. The results indicated that the nutritional values of casein, fish meal, soybean meal, peanut cake and yeast were decreased in that order. When the fish essential amino acid was supplemented to soybean meal, only valine, phenylalanine, histidine and isoleucine could promote fish growth, but not methionine, lysine or threonine.
