輪蟲之純粹培養及生長環境及其室外大量培養之研究

摘要


本報告是以輪蟲(Brachionus plicatilis)爲對象,探討其純粹培養,最適之生長環境,以及大量培養之方法。獲得如下之結果: (1)利用Chlorella sp.反覆培養輪蟲,並以230μ之浮游生物網每天過濾二次,除去橈脚類等浮游生物,可獲得純種之輪蟲,且水質不易變壞,尤以複槽式培養效果爲佳。 (2)輪蟲較適於在半鹹水域中棲息,以鹽度10~15‰範圍較佳,可達每ml 280隻左右之密度。 (3)輪蟲喜在弱酸、弱鹼的環境生存,其較適生長的pH值在6.6~7.8之間。 (3)利用鰻魚飼料於室外水泥池(4 m×2 m×1 m)大量培養輪蟲,海水鹽度維持在15‰左右,可於第七天達到每ml 134隻左右之最高密度。

Studies on (1) the purification, (2) the ecological environmental factors and (3) the technical problem in the mass production of the rotifer, Brachionus plicatilis, were done. The rotifer was collected in milkfish ponds by using plankton net of 105μ mesh. In order to purify it, Chlorella sp. was given and the culture solution was filtered twice a day by nylon net with 230μ mesh during the first week. The results obtained are summarized as following: (1) The optimal salinity for propagation was 10~15%. (2) The optimal pH value for propagation was 6.6~7.8. (3) The maximal density of the rotifer feeding on Chlorella sp. was 280 individuals/ml. (4) Stock culture was maintained by the method of multiple tanks but mass production was growing in 4m×2m×1m cement pond in which the maximal density of rotifer was 134 individuals/ml.
