木本植物之芽休眠機制及其調節

The Mechanism and Regulation of Bud Dormancy in Woody Plant

摘要


本篇主要探討多年生木本植物的芽休眠問題,重點有(一)休眠的定義;(二)休眠名詞的釐清;(三)休眠的進行與引起休眠的因子;(四)休眠與植物荷爾蒙之關係;(五)休眠的克服,主為介紹氰胺(cyanamide)、夏油乳劑(mineral oil+DNOC)、硫尿(thiourea)、硝酸鉀(potassium nitrate; KNO3)等四種打破休眠的化學藥劑機制及效果。最後,探討目前在木本植物之芽休眠上所遭遇的問題及未來研究方向。

This article is a review the literature on the bud dormancy problems in the woody perennials. The following topics are reviewed: 1) Definition of dormancy; 2) Terminology of dormancy; 3) Dormancy courses and factors which induce and release dormancy; 4) Effects of plant hormones on dormancy; 5) The dormancy breaking mechanism and the effects of dormancy breaking chemicals (i.e. cyanamide, mineral oil+dinitro ortho cresol (DNOC), thiourea and potassium nitrate). The problems that have arisen from current studies on dormancy release and future outlook are discussed also.
