A dE/dx-E Charged Particle Spectrometer for Studying Neutron Induced Reaction

A dE/dx-E counter telescope with a silicon surface barrier detector has been constructed for measuring energies and angular distributions of the charged particles produced in reaction with 14 Mev neutrons.The detecting efficiency, particle discrimination, angular definition, counting rate and background have been considered and discussed. Actually performance of the counter is presented.
