Counter Telescope for Studying 14 MeV Neutron-induced Reactions

A counter telescope is constructed for measuring energy and angular distributions of charged particles in the reactions induced by 14 MeV neutrons. Detailed descriptions and main characteristics of the telescope which consists of two gas proportional counters and a silicon surface barrier detector are given. The energy spectra from the 40Ca(n, α)37Ar and 32S(n, d)31P reactions are also presented.
