以暫用牙冠補綴立即植入之單顆植體－病例報告

對於條件適當的病例，在拔牙後立即植皮，進行不翻瓣膜手術，並立即或在一週內給予暫時復形物，除了可減少手術次數與傷害、病人不會面臨無牙的尷尬期外，在癒合時間也可以利用臨時牙冠導引牙齦組織的生長，幫助製作功能與美觀兼具的最終修復體。報告中為本院患者因上顎前牙破折，經拔除後不翻瓣膜進行手術，立即置入植體（FRIALIT^®-2，FRIADENT Corp., Germany）施行立即性單階段植牙，術後三天給予固定式暫時牙冠以恢復病人的美觀與發音，最終補綴物則於術後五個月製作。組織癒合期間，暫時牙冠周圍組織並無發炎之現象。術後３年臨床的追蹤，X光片顯示植體周圍骨頭沒有吸收或其他併發症產生，且病人對於補綴物的功能與美觀均感到滿意。

The advantages of immediately placing an implant after atruamatic tooth removal in appropriate patients and providing provisional restoration at a single visit or within a week include minimal surgical trauma, a reduced number of dental appointments, and no embarrassment due to an edentulous state for the patient. Function and esthetics are provided by the immediate provisional restoration, and the gingival tissue is guided fro optimal esthetics with the definitive implant restoration during the healing period. This is a case report of a patient treated with a Frialit-2 implant for a maxillary anterior tooth with an immediate single-stage and flapless surgical procedure. A temporary fixed crown was made for esthetics and phonetics 3 days after the surgery. The definitive implant restoration was completed 5 months later. There were no complications or clinical signs of gingival inflammation around the temporary restoration during the healing period. No bone resorption in the periapical film of implant was found during 3-year follow-up period. The patient was satisfied with the esthetics and function provided by the immediate implant placement for eventual total tooth replacement.
