三種不同溶液配合超音波震盪器清潔根管銼之效果評估

Ultrasonic Cleaning Effect of Endodontic Hedstrom Files Using 3 Different Solutions

摘要


本研究之目的在探討使用超音波震盪器配合不同清洗液,清潔根管修形後附著于根管銼支殘髓組織與牙本質碎片的效果。6顆因牙周病拔除的人類前牙,施予髓腔開擴及牙髓摘除。將108支新的H型根管銼,其中30號54支,60號54支,各分成3組。6組實驗組各分配一顆牙齒,將該組根管銼在牙齒根管中作環周銼修,在室溫下乾燥放置4小時以上;另外3支30號及3支60號根管銼,不做任何銼修及清潔,作為負對照組。實驗組則以超音波清潔器各配以2.5%次氯酸鈉溶液、超音波清潔液、及自來水作6分鐘之超音波震盪,再以自來水沖洗5秒鐘;另有3支30號及3支60號根管銼銼修後不作清潔,作為正對照組。樣本以立體顯微鏡觀察並計算記錄每支根管銼殘留有牙本質碎片或結晶的長凹槽數目,以ANOVA及Scheffe F-test作統計分析。結果顯示,30號及60號根管銼,使用次氯酸鈉溶液或超音波清潔液之清潔效果均比自來水為佳,具統計上顯著差異。

In this study, we evaluated the ultrasonic cleaning effect of endodontic Hedstrom files (H-files) using 3 different cleaning solutions. Six human anterior teeth, extracted after being diagnosed with advanced periodontitis, were opened to allow access and the pulp tissue was grossly removed. One hundred and eight brand-new H-files, 54 of size no.30 and 54 of size No.60, were divided into 3 groups for both sizes with 18 files in each group. Circumferential filing was performed in the assigned tooth with the test files. After filing, the files were kept dry at room temperature for 4 hours. Test files were ultrasonically cleaned for 6 minutes in 2.5% sodium hypochlorite, an ultrasonic cleaning solution, or tap water. After cleaning, each file was observed under a stereomicroscope, and the number of flutes with remaining debris was recorded. Both size No. 30 and 60 files cleaned with sodium hypochlorite and the ultrasonic cleaning solution were significantly cleaner than those cleaned with tap water (p<0.05).
