摘要


竹材經砍伐後不但失去綠色上觀且極易受到昆蟲或黴菌危害,使用期限不長。本試驗將孟宗竹、巨竹、馬來麻竹以鎳鹽、銅鹽及鉻鹽保護劑處理,製得優異綠色外觀之竹青後,將試材置於室外及人工加速耐候試驗箱中進行天候劣化,並以色差計、顯微鏡、顯微霍氏紅外線光譜儀等分析比較竹青綠色堅牢度及竹材耐久性。試驗結果顯示;增加保力定K-33濃度有助於提升竹材綠色堅牢度及耐久性;竹材綠色堅牢度及耐久性以保力定K-33處理者最優,以硝酸鎳、硫酸銅處理效果不佳;混合藥劑處理中添加保力定K-33,可以改善竹材綠色監牢度及耐久性;顯微霍氏紅外線光譜分析中,以保力定K-33處理圖譜變化最少,以硫酸銅處理之圖譜變化與未處理材相類似,變化相當明顯。有關各種保護藥劑處理試材之理化性質變化與比較,在文中均詳細加以探討。

Once harvested, bamboo culms lose their attractive green appearance sad become easily beset by insect pests or decays, reducing their uses sad permanence. Samples of moss bamboo, gaint bamboo and malay bamboo were treated with nickel nitrate, copper sulfate and Boliden K-33. The treated specimens were exposed to outdoors or weather-ometer. The green color fastness of bamboo skins and their durabilities were evaluated with an array of instruments, such as color and color difference meter, optic microscope and micro-FTIR. The results revealed that the best green color fastness and durability were imparted by the increasing concentration of Boliden K-33 treatment. Treatments involving nickel nitrate and copper sulfate were generally ineffective. Adding Boliden K-33 in the mixed treatment solutions also markedly improved the green color fastness and durability of bamboo specimens. The micro-FTIR reflectance spectra of Boliden K-33 treated bamboo skins were less modified after weathering than those treated with copper sulfate or the control group. Changes of other bamboo skin properties treated with inorganic salts are also delineated.
