摘要

由於科技的進步，整個出版產業開始從紙本轉型到數位，並且發展出與實體出版截然不同的運作型態。在這個漸變的過程中，數位出版有四個成功的要素需要努力：內容、軟體、硬體與營業模式。這些變化對圖書館來說，將會為圖書館服務帶來革命性的改變，一個突破時空因素的新服務即將掀起閱讀新風貌。

Owing to the progress of technology, the whole publishing industry starts shifting from paper to digital and develops a new working process different from paper publishing. In the gradual changing of the publishing industry, it needs four necessary elements: content, software, hardware, and business model. These changes will cause a library service revolution. A new service which breaks time and space limitation will bring a whole new reading style.
