國小兒童之情緒療癒閱讀

Emotional Healing Reading for Elementary School Children

摘要


當代社會之科技與經濟高度發展,生活中的物質資源不虞匱乏,然而國小兒童常承受來自家庭、學校及同儕團體等之壓力,以致情緒困擾問題倍增。而當兒童遭遇種種情緒困擾問題時,除了尋求周遭如父母、師長等重要他人的幫助,或透過專業的心理輔導與諮商人員解決情緒問題之外,亦可藉由與個人情緒困擾相關之療癒性的閱讀素材,在閱讀過程中與書中角色產生共鳴,以此為個人的情緒找到出口,此即所謂的「療癒閱續」或「書目療法」。爰此,筆者針對一般國小兒童常見之情緒困擾問題,如自我認同、惡劣情緒、同儕關條、霸凌、遭受他人誤解、家庭關條、失落與死亡等,參考相關書目與網路閱讀平台的讀者心得或書評,挑選數本適合兒童之情緒療癒閱續素材,並擷取讀者閱讀心得或書評,繼而運用內容分析法,綜整讀者閱讀此等素材之認同、淨化、領悟的情緒療癒效用,藉供父母與師長參考,期收拋磚引玉之效。

並列摘要


In this ever-changed modern society, elementary school children are often suffered from emotional disturbances because of their family, school and classmates. When children encounter emotional disturbances, they could look for support from the significant others around or from professional counselors. Besides, elementary school children could also read emotional healing materials which are relevant to their problems. By doing so, they might find a vent tube for their negative emotions, and further, learn how to deal with their problems This is the so-called ”healing reading” or ”bibliotherapy”. Books and information resources can lead children to the doing of rightful behavior similar to the characters' reaction in books. Thus, the author searched annotated bibliotherapy and book reviews on the Internet and employed content analysis to select several emotional healing reading materials related to the issue of self-identity, negative emotions, peer relationship, bullying, family relationship, loss and death, etc. In doing so, this article aims to provide parents and teachers some references while selecting emotional healing materials for elementary school children.
