摘要
兩例外傷性感覺錯亂性股痛案提出報告。一位是因車禍引起；另一位則是腸骨取骨術所引致的併發症。本文將股外側板神經的解剖位置及感覺錯亂性股痛的致病機轉，做了一詳盡的文敵回顧。

Two cases of meralgia paresthetica were reported and each had different traumatic cause. One was hurt in a traffic accident and the other was an iatrogenic. The iatrogenic case was reported as a complication of iliac bone graft procurement. The pathophysiology and anatomical consideration were reviewed.
