大屯自然公園戶外遊憩者之遊憩衝突研究

摘要

本研究主要探討遊客對遊憩衝突的知覺及影響衝突的因素，並衡量以遊憩衝突做爲社會容許量指標的可能性。本研究以大屯自然公園爲實證研究地點，而現地問卷調查所得資料以描述性統計進行初步分析，並以平均數差異檢定及相關分析進行各項假設之驗證。研究結果歸納爲下列四點：(1)遊客的衝突知覺不如預期強烈，以「沒什麼干擾」者人數最多，而全體受訪者的平均值僅爲3.03；(2)在個人因子方面，影響遊憩衝突知覺之因素包括受訪者教育程度及對大屯自然公園社會互動程度的認知；(3)在環境因子方面，影響遊憩衝突知覺之因素包括使用量、其他使用者對環境的衝擊及人爲干擾；(4)遊客的衝突知覺會隨所見人數的不同而變化，且不同群的遊客其感受亦有所差異。

The main purposes of this study were to investigate visitors' perception of recreation conflict and the factors that affect recreation conflict. Besides, the feasibility of using recreation conflict as an indictor for determining social capacity was evaluated. The Tatun Nature Park was chosen for empirical study. The data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOYA, and correlation analysis. The results are summarized as follows: (1) The level of visitors' perceptions of recreation conflict is not as expected. Most respondents feel ”no interference”, and the average value of interference is 3.03. (2) The education level and the cognition of social interaction at the Tatun Nature Park affect visitors' perceptions of recreation conflict. (3) Use levels, perceptions of resource impact and interference due to others' behaviors affect visitors' perceptions of recreation conflict. (4) Visitors' perceptions of recreation conflict is varied with number of users and different visitor groups.
