後慈湖人員解說之趣味來源

摘要

本研究旨在探討後慈湖人員解說趣味來源。藉由深度訪談及內容分析法，進行人員解說趣味可能的來源之蒐集與分析。本研究深度訪談48位受訪者，訪談內容經過嚴謹的內容分析可歸納出三個趣味來源構面：觀光資源、解說員及遊客。（1）觀光資源構面：包含自然資源與人造資源；（2）解說員構面：包含專業訓練與解說員特質；（3）遊客構面：包含遊客特質與夥伴特質。本研究並提出若干實務意涵與未來研究方向之建議，作為後慈湖觀光資源趣味氛圍的塑造，解說員培訓、運用與管理及遊客接待與服務的參考。

The purpose of this study attempts to explore the sources of interestingness in person interpretation at Back-Cihu. In-depth interviews with 48 respondents were conducted. Through content analysis, the study extracted three interestingness sources dimensions of person interpretation. They are tourism resources-related, narrator-related, and tourist-related. The tourism resources-related dimension includes natural resources and artificial resources. The narrator-related dimension involves professional training and personal traits. The tourist-related dimension contains tourist qualities and partner traits. Practical implications and future research directions are also proposed for creating an interesting atmosphere, training narrators, and servicing tourists.
