公共圖書館小說讀者諮詢顧問服務需求之研究：以臺北都會區成人讀者爲例

摘要

本研究由使用者觀點，探討臺灣地區公共圖書館小說成人讀者對讀者諮詢顧問服務之需求，以臺北都會區之臺北市立圖書館、臺北縣立圖書館、新店市立圖書館及其分館喜愛閱讀小說，且認為小說對其生活甚為重要之讀者為研究對象，透過質性研究之半結構式深度訪談法，訪談22位小說之成人讀者。本研究之訪談分析結果發現，受訪者肯定倘若公共圖書館提供完善的讀者諮詢顧問服務將可有效地協助其尋得希望閱讀之小說。最後，綜整分析訪談結果，本研究分別對公共圖書館界、圖書資訊學界以及圖書資訊學相關專業組織等三方面提出若干建議，並提出進一步研究之建議，作為未來相關研究者參考。

The purpose of this study were to explore the demands for fiction readers' advisory service in public libraries. Semi-structured interviewing method was employed that amounts to 22 fiction adult readers in Taipei metropolitan area. The results of this study indicated that readers' advisory service will be helpful in finding the desired fictions for the 22 adult participants who are heavy fiction readers. Based on the findings, Implications and recommendations in terms of applications to library administration and education were proposed for future research.
