The idea for closer relationships has been rapidly developing within the region of Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau. However, in legal aspect, the regional legal system and conflicts of law is much more complicated than economic co-operations. Taking the opportunity that the Beijing government is reviewing and re-developing the free trade zone policy across the Guangdong and pearl-river delta areas, this article envisions the idea for a cross-jurisdictional commercial dispute resolution mechanism within the Free Trade Zone area.
