不同運動型態下大腿肌肉肌電圖之比較分析

A Comparative EMG Analysis of Thigh Muscles during Different Exercises

摘要


本研究之目的為分析大腿肌肉在三種運動中的作用型態,並比較肌肉活動程度的差異。以十名未曾受過膝關節傷害的健康年輕男性爲研究對象,分別從事下列運動,包括:等速膝關節伸展運動、下肢推蹬運動及腳踏車運動。記錄運動中股直肌、半腱肌與股二頭肌的肌電圖變化,結果發現開放動力鏈運動中(等速膝關節伸展運動),作用肌與拮抗肌在整個運動過程雖均有共同作用,但在運動前、中期二者活動程度差異很大,拮抗肌在運動末期的活動程度才突然增加,而在閉鎖動力鏈運動中(下肢推蹬運動與腳踏車運動),股四頭肌與腿後肌活動程度較接近,且共同作用的範圍也比開放動力鏈運動大,應可在運動中提供較佳的膝關節穩定度。

The purposes of this study were to analyze the activation patterns of thigh muscles during three different exercises, and to compare the difference of muscular activity level. Ten male subjects without any previous knee injuries volunteered to participate in this study. Isokinetic knee extension exercise (IKE), leg press exercise (LPE) and bicycle exercise(BE) were performed respectively. Surface EMG signals from rectus femoris (RF), semitendinosus (ST) and biceps femoris (BF) were recorded during exercise. The result revealed that the agonist and antagonist had coactivation during entire range of open kinetic chain exercise (IKE), but this condition was not obvious at the initial and middle phase. During entire range of closed kinetic chain exercise (LPE and BE), the difference of activity levels of quadriceps and hamstrings was much smaller, and range of coactivation was larger than that of open kinetic chain exercise. So, we presumed that the closed kinetic chain exercise should provide the better knee stability.
