In this paper, 400 civil litigation cases with government agencies involved in the period of 1999 ~ 2008 in Taiwan were collected. Loglinear model was applied for their quantitative interpretation. The results of this paper were derived based on statistical tests to supplement the gap of related studies in the past. The main findings are as follows. The Government Procurement Law has positive contribution on the reduction of litigation time. Engineering professional agencies, when comparing to non-engineering professional agencies, were prone to the involvements of litigations. And, the misjudged rates of the First instance review of District Court houses in different areas are different.
