隧道開挖支撐收斂約束法之外顯分析

Explicit Analysis for the Convergence-Confinement Method in Tunneling

摘要


收斂約束法理論為隧道支撐設計之簡化分析方法,本研究使用隧道收斂計測資料,藉以建立隧道掘進效應函數,並依據地盤與支撐系統之組成律模式,推導在靜水應力狀態下圓形隧道開挖支撐互制行為之解析解。採用約束損失之遞增方法,利用簡易試算表工具,提出模擬隧道開挖支撐非線性行為之外顯分析。經由外顯分析與有限元素分析之比較結果顯示,相關收斂約束曲線均呈現一致的趨勢。外顯分析法提供了模擬隧道開挖支撐互制行為之簡易且直接的計算分析方法。

For designing of support system in tunnelling, the convergence-confinement method is a simplified analysis theory. In this study, the field measurements of convergence of tunnel are used to establish the advancing effect function. According to the constitutive law of material, the analytical solution for the behavior between rock mass and support system of circular tunnel is particularly derived in hydrostatic stress state. The explicit analysis method taken into account the increment procedure of confinement loss is also proposed by using the spreadsheet for the computation of stress and displacement distribution around circular tunnel. The results obtained by the finite element analysis and by the explicit analysis are approximately consistent in those curves who describe in the convergence-confinement method. The explicit analysis method proposed is easy and directly to simulate the interactive behavior between rock mass and support system in tunneling.
