圍束補強矩形RC柱受單向度軸壓行為研究

Axial Performance of Full-Scale Rectangular Rc Columns with Confining Retrofit

摘要


本文以單向度軸壓行為探討矩形鋼筋混凝土柱之圍束補強效果;以往研究證實,矩形柱使用鋼板亦或碳纖維包覆補強無法提供柱面有效圍束,補強成效低於圓形柱補強;因此,搭配柱面錨定之矩形柱圍束補強為本文主要研究對象。本文試驗共製作十組實尺寸方柱試體,並針對其中低橫向圍束鋼筋配置之試體採用碳纖維搭配碳纖維錨栓、鋼板搭配化學錨栓以及八角形鋼板包覆等方案補強;試驗結果顯示碳纖維錨栓可有效改善碳纖維矩形包覆之圍束效果,有效提升柱軸壓韌性,延緩碳纖維破壞發生時間,而在鋼板補強上,採用八角形鋼板補強試體具有最佳之強度與軸壓韌性表現;最後,本文提出數值分析方法表示碳纖維以及碳纖維錨栓對矩形柱之側向圍束效果,同時藉由試驗結果驗證數值分析理論之合理性。

In this paper, the performance of RC columns subjected to axial force and the ductility-confinement relativity are studied. The CFRP wrapping and steel jacketing, the generally adopted retrofit methods, were proved not to effectively provide confining force to rectangular columns. Therefore, this paper is focused on the anchoring used to improve the rectangular CFRP and steel wraps. A total of ten fullscale specimens were constructed with high and low transverse reinforcement content. The proposed CFRP wrapping combined with CFRP anchors technique and various steel jacketing methods were used to specimens with low transverse steel ratio. The experimental results indicated that the compressive ductility was comparatively higher when the CFRP anchor technique was applied. On the other hand, the column retrofitted by octagonal steel jacketing performed better than all other specimens with rectangular steel jackets. Finally, a numerical analysis considering the confining contribution of the CFRP and CFRP anchors was proposed and validated.
