輔仁學派的天理／自然道德律－以儒家的天理與多瑪斯的自然道德律思想為主的探究
Fu-Jen School's Natural Moral Law-On the Confucian Principle of Heaven and Aquinas's Natural Moral Law

The substance of the Fu-Jen School is based on scholastic philosophy and assimilating Chinese culture and contemporary philosophies. Fu-Jen School's ethics is so, too. After confirming the innate morality of human beings, this article points out that this moral virtue has transcendental basis by which we can affirm the existence of the principle of heaven/natural moral law as well as human beings' good know ledge, good ability and good conscience. Consequently it becomes one of the central propositions of Fu-Jen School's ethics.
